Abby Hoskisson

Abby grew up on her grandparent's dairy farm in rural Lincoln County, Idaho. She graduated from Concordia University School of Law where she was active in the Student Bar Association and a member of the Moot Court team, travelling to San Francisco to compete in the American Bar Association's Regional Moot Court competition. Abby also attended University College, Dublin in Dublin, Ireland for a semester studying International Children's Rights, Asylum and Refugee Law, and European Union Law.

Abby joined Manweiler, Breen, Ball & Davis in July 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 10 years working for the Ada County Clerk's Office, 5 of which were spent working directly with Hon. Russell A. Comstock. She is licensed in Idaho and Oregon and handles divorce, custody, paternity, child support, guardianship, adoption/termination and domestic violence cases, criminal defense, appellate practice, business formations, and civil litigation, including contract litigation, monetary judgments, and non-compete issues.

Abby was born in Cedar City, Utah and raised in Dietrich, Idaho. She moved to Boise in 1999.
